Project scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables for paying clients are defined in separate agreements, such as a Master Services Agreement and Statements of Work.

If you become a client, a signed Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or other written contract between you and us governs that engagement.

When a signed client agreement conflicts with these Terms on project work, fees, intellectual property, warranties, or liability, the signed client agreement controls for that project.

You agree not to:

• Use the website in any unlawful way or to transmit harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Copy, scrape, or misuse website content except as allowed by law or with our permission.

If you provide your mobile phone number when you contact us, we may send text messages related to your inquiry, scheduling, project updates, and customer support.

You opt in when you initiate contact with us and provide your number, for example through our contact form, by phone, or by email asking us to follow up. We do not send unsolicited marketing text blasts.

We own the website, our branding, and content we create for the site unless otherwise stated. You may not use our marks or site content without permission.

Ownership of work product for client projects is addressed in the applicable client agreement.

Our website and general information are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grey Mountain Software LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or communications with us.

Our total liability for claims relating to the website or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Limits in this section do not apply to liability governed by a separate signed client agreement for a specific project.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the website or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the website that is not resolved informally may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
